The imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine scaffold has gained significant attention due to its presence as a lead structure in several commercially available pharmaceuticals like zolimidine, zolpidem, olprinone, soraprazan, etc. Further, indole-based imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine derivatives have been found interesting due to their anticancer and antibacterial activities...The generality and robustness of this protocol were shown by synthesizing differently substituted indole-based imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines in good isolated yields. Furthermore, to make ?-amylase a reusable catalyst for GBB multicomponent reaction, it was immobilized onto magnetic metal-organic framework (MOF) materials [Fe3O4@MIL-100(Fe)] and found reusable up to four consecutive catalytic cycles without the significant loss in catalytic activity.

We analyzed 53 articles on MPs in Asia, America, and Africa and produced by 359 authors, although very localized, lacking wide-scale coverage of mangrove coasts around the world...Therefore, for future research, it is relevant to enhance spatial and temporal sampling of MP contamination and to establish standardized protocols to enable effective comparisons between mangrove areas, rivers, beaches, and coastal seas. In addition, it is crucial to investigate the role of MPs as carriers or vectors of other pollutants.

About 2037 suspected stroke patients were conveyed between July and December 2021, resulting in 581 fully completed surveys by 359 different clinicians...This type of data can be used to target interventions at behaviours that extend pre-hospital OST but which have questionable patient benefit. This approach will be evaluated in a follow up study in the North East of England.

Data were provided by 359 employees from various organizations in Germany, who completed an online survey at the beginning of January 2019...Furthermore, employee age, organizational identification, involvement in planning, a human relations and an internal process culture, a speech, providing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, heavy drinking, supervisor and coworker inappropriate behavior, formality, and symbolism were differentially associated with high- and low-arousal positive and negative affect. These findings suggest several directions for future research on company parties and have practical implications for organizations and party planning committees.

The findings of the study revealed that suicide bombings explosions are associated with multiple body site injuries, a greater rate of severe and critical internal injuries, and a higher mortality rate.

In conclusion, remofuscin activates the lysosome-to-nucleus pathway in C. elegans, thereby increasing the expression levels of xenobiotic detoxification genes resulted in extending their lifespan.

Furthermore, co-administration of heterophyllin B with AMPK inhibitor dorsomorphin (Compound C) significantly blocked the improvement effects of heterophyllin B on BLM-damaged lung tissue, and also increased the protein expression of STING which was inhibited by heterophyllin B in fibrotic lungs (P < 0.001)...In the present study we found that, in vitro, heterophyllin B significantly inhibited alveolar epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) and lung fibroblast transdifferentiation. We also found that the inhibition of heterophyllin B on lung fibroblast transdifferentiation and STING expression was reversed by Compound C. To summarize, heterophyllin B exhibited protective effects on BLM-induced lung fibrosis potentially by inhibiting TGF-Smad2/3 signalings and AMPK-mediated STING signalings.

The isotherm fitting chose Cu and CIP as the model pollutants, the isotherm fitting shows that the adsorption capacity of CIP is significantly improved by 24.2%.The magnetic effect of the adsorption capacity of Cu is not obvious, which indicated the selectivity for adsorption; however, the adsorption rates of CIP and Cu are greatly improved by 359.76% and 371% respectively...The combination of the external magnetic field and the inherent magnetic properties of the adsorbent can adjust the adsorption process and the selectivity of pollutants. It also provides an innovative and practical method for MF to remediate contaminants in the magnetically enhanced adsorption system.
