CF-patients develop a chronic pulmonary infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa). At present it is unknown why CF-patients are highly sensitive to P. aeruginosa infections and, most important, no curative treatment for cystic fibrosis is available. This Study should provide a novel anti-inflammatory treatment for cystic fibrosis, which reduces pulmonary complications, progression of the disease and may possibly increase the life-expectance of the patients.

Double blind treatment period: In the test group, according to the pharmacokinetics of amitriptyline tablets, amitriptyline spray was administered for 1 week, 3-4 times, tid; Open treatment period: After completing a one week double-blind treatment, patients in the experimental group entered the open treatment phase. At the second week, subjects with visual analogue pain score (VAS score) ≥ 4 will continue to receive amitriptyline spray treatment or choose other analgesics (second-line analgesics recommended by the guidelines); The use of amitriptyline spray will be suspended for subjects with VAS score ≤ 3.; Double blind treatment period: The placebo control group (with the same appearance as the amitriptyline spray) received placebo treatment of external excipients, 3-4 sprays/time, tid, lasting for 1 week. Open treatment period: After completing a one week double-blind treatment, the control group patients entered the open treatment phase.
