The results showed that CYP2C19 inhibitors could significantly improve the bioavailability of mavacamten in rats, which indicated that we should pay more attention to the patient's condition to prevent the occurrence of side effects when used mavacamten in combination with CYP2C19 inhibitors.

In each study, it was found that measures of sign-tracking were reduced, although effects on goal-tracking were different between drugs. This study provides evidence that administration of serotonergic antidepressants is effective in reducing sign-tracking and may have some efficacy in preventing cue-triggered relapse.
