The patient will receive Ifosfamide/Doxorubicin as neoadjuvant chemotherapy for four weeks based on the ARM D of ARST0332 study from Children's Oncology Group, followed by primary site surgery with an attempt to complete resection with negative margins and then adjuvant chemotherapy with radiation therapy. This is one of the few cases described of a poorly differentiated synovial sarcoma located in the floor of the mouth; however, even though they are rare, they should be maintained as part of the differential diagnoses of head and neck masses, especially in young individuals regardless of the possible suggestions on imaging stating otherwise.

The combination of Bio-MnSe with Dox or ?PD-1 further enhanced the anti-tumour immune response, fostering dendritic cell maturation, infiltration of cytotoxic T lymphocytes, and recruitment of NK cells, thereby enhancing the anti-tumour immunotherapy of TNBC.

After six courses of rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone, positron emission tomography-computed tomography showed the disappearance of 18-fluorodeoxyglucose uptake in the bile duct and endoscopic retrograde cholangiography showed improvement of the bile duct stricture. Endoscopic findings and repeated biopsies were useful in making the diagnosis of primary biliary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
