These two patients, who both underwent laparoscopic total pelvic exenteration, had significantly longer anesthesia time than the other patients (0.5 L/min FGF: 1242 min, 1 L/min FGF: 1201 min, p=0.025[Conclusion] In the present study, we demonstrated that YL-f, an alkali free and 1-2% CaCl2-containing CO2 absorbent, did not produce CA even in the low-flow and minimal-flow sevoflurane anesthesia for at least 6 h in clinical practice, promoting safe sevoflurane use with low-flow and minimal-flow in usual surgical anesthesia.

In conclusion, analysis of published RUCAM-based iDILI cases provided firm evidence of immune and genetic processes involved in iDILI caused by specific drugs.
