Conclusions : A significant percentage of patients admitted due to ADHF although found normovolemic based on clinical examination, appear to have subclinical congestion, a finding that could affect their treatment (in terms of the optimal furosemide dose), as well as their prognosis as it seems that the optimization of the treatment based on the LUS findings could lead to fewer readmissions.
