All patients received routine treatment from the hospital's medical staff. These include predictive drugs (aspirin, beta-blockers, statins, ACEI), symptom-improving drugs (nitrates, calcium antagonists), and other metabolic drugs (trimetazidine). Try to keep the type and dosage of medication the same. In this group, on top of the basic treatment, the use of broad chest aerosol was increased, and the broad chest aerosol was sprayed sublingual, 3 sprays/time, 3 times/day, for 48 weeks.; All patients received routine treatment from the hospital's medical staff. These include predictive drugs (aspirin, beta-blockers, statins, ACEI), symptom-improving drugs (nitrates, calcium antagonists), and other metabolic drugs (trimetazidine). Try to keep the type and dosage of medication the same. In this group, on top of the basic treatment, the use of a placebo was increased, and the use method, dosage, and duration of the placebo were the same as that of wide-chest aerosol.
