Take 45 ml of lactulose at 6:00 PM two days before the colonoscopy, 45 ml of lactulose at 6:00 AM the day before the colonoscopy, followed by 1 bottle of magnesium sulfate oral solution 1 hour later, and 1500 ml of clear liquid until bedtime. Take the second bottle of magnesium sulfate oral solution 4 hours before the colonoscopy, followed by 1500 ml of clear liquid + 30 ml of docusate sodium (Senokot) 2 hours before the colonoscopy. Avoid eating or drinking for 2 hours before the colonoscopy.; Take 1 bag of polyethylene glycol dispersant orally at 7:00 PM the day before the colonoscopy and drink 1,500 ml of purified water. Stir well and drink within 15-30 minutes. Take the second bag of polyethylene glycol dispersant and 1,500 ml of purified water, stir well and drink, then add 30 ml of laxative (Spanish Fly) and drink within 15-30 minutes. Do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours before the exam.; One bottle of magnesium sodium and potassium sulfate oral solution was given orally at 19:00 on the day before colonoscopy, followed by 1500 ml of clear solution before bedtime. The second bottle of magnesium sodium potassium sulfate oral concentrated solution was drunk 4 hours before the examination, and 1500 ml of clear liquid + 30ml of simethicone was drunk from after taking the medicine to 2 hours before the examination.
