These results provide a new insight to further clarify the relationship between inflammation and apoptosis and the mechanism of imbalance in the dynamic equilibrium between Th17/Treg immune cells at the maternal-fetal interface.

IRS-AKT-GLUT4 signaling pathway might be involved in trilobatin ameliorating insulin resistance in skeletal muscle of obese animal models.

Taken together, our study establishes USP53 as a novel regulator of AKT1 pathway with an important role in tumorigenesis in lung adenocarcinoma.

Thus, GPR174 might be a positive meditator of inflammation, contributing to Ang II-induced retinopathy by activating PI3 K/AKT signaling, and could be considered as a novel therapeutic target for the treatment of hypertensive retinopathy.
