The aim of this trial is to offer a safe and efficient alternative protocol to preserve fertility by storing oocytes in breast cancer patients before chemotherapy. Letrozole, an inhibitor of aromatase, is administered during standard gonadotropins ovarian stimulation to maintain a low estradiol level during ovarian stimulation in patients with hormono-sensitive tumour., Letrozole is associated with standard ovarian stimulation in order preserve fertility by storing oocytes/embryos in breast cancer patients before chemotherapy by maintaining low estradiol level., Diseases [C] - Cancer [C04]

Twenty-four healthy men and 24 deregulated healthy women were randomly divided into two groups, 24 in each group (12 males and 12 females) and given test preparations (high-purity urinary insulin for injection). , HP-hMG) and reference formulation (Menopur), the dose was 225 IU, subcutaneously. ;After down-regulation, 48 healthy female subjects were randomly divided into two groups, 24 in each group. The test preparations were given (high-purity urinary insulin for injection, HP-hMG) and reference formulation (Menopur). The dose was 150 IU once a day, subcutaneous injection, continuous administration for 7 day ;Four healthy men and four deregulated healthy female subjects were randomly divided into two groups of 4 (2 males and 2 females) and given test preparations (high-purity urinary insulin for injection).
