Our findings causally link heightened hypothalamic PTP1B and TCPTP with leptin and insulin resistance and the maintenance of obesity and define a viable pharmacological approach by which to promote weight loss in obesity.

In this manuscript we report a single center experience in the management of NT-EPs with the aim of outlining the importance of the early diagnosis for a minimally invasive treatment in order to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality and preserve future fertility.

In the absence of any supervision from medical personnel, research is needed to understand how best to inform and support women who choose to self-administer, including when to seek clinical care.

This study presents primary evidence that neuroendocrine responses engages neuron-microglia interactions in the PFC; further implicating microglia in stress-induced neuronal remodeling, PFC dysfunction, and associated behavioral consequences.

Therefore, TIGIT may constitute an attractive target in immune-enhancing interventions for sustained physiological stress.
