GvHD prophylaxis was Alemtuzumab, Tacrolimus...Ruxolitinib provided no benefit...Ibrutinib was added...The THC component may have both therapeutic benefit and dose limiting toxicity. Further studies are warranted to explore the role, optimal dose of medical cannabis, in the management of GVHD.
