I agree. Based on elevated FCP and continued tenesmus & bleeding, he appears to have active disease. Due to prior significant stress, would make sure he is compliant. Having seen steroid toxicity many times with beclomethasone and budesonide; I think determinants are mostly unknown and very personal.
