Comparative Efficacy and Safety of New Therapies for IgA Nephropathy: A Systematic Review and Network Meta-Analysis (Exhibit Hall, Convention Center) - Sep 23, 2024 - Abstract #KIDNEYWEEK2024KIDNEY_WEEK_3160; The developed Nomogram model provides clinicians with a reliable tool to predict poor treatment outcomes in children with MP infection treated with BUD and NAC, supporting more personalized and effective treatment plans. This systematic review and network meta-analysis indicate Mycophenolate and Telitacicept are most effective in reducing UPCR and improving eGFR, suggesting these as preferable treatments for IgAN patients.

Clinical suspicion and a broad differential are key to diagnosing OIE; it often presents a diagnostic dilemma and improves if olmesartan is suspended.
