ChiCTR-ONRC-13003905: Pharmacokinetic Study of Freeze-dried Xueshuantong for Injection in Healthy Human Subjects

Eight male and six female subjects receive intravenous infusion of 250 mg Freeze-dried Xueshuantong for Injection (dissolved in 250 ml 5% glucose solution ) in 2.5 h. Plasma and urinary concentrations are monitored within 72 h and 120 h respectively. The resulting blood cells are applied to Circulating Endothelial Cells (CECs) and Endothelial Progenitor Cells (EPCs) counting. ;Eight male and six female subjects receive intravenous infusion of 500 mg freeze-dried Xueshuantong for Injection (dissolved in 250 ml 5% glucose solution ) in 2.5 h. Plasma and urinary concentrations are monitored within 72 h and 120 h respectively. The resulting blood cells are applied to Circulating Endothelial Cells (CECs) and Endothelial Progenitor Cells (EPCs) counting. ;Six male subjects receive intravenous infusion of 150 mg freeze-dried Xueshuantong for Injection (dissolved in 500 ml 5% glucose solution ) in 5 h. Plasma and urinary concentrations are monitored within 72 h and 120 h respectively. The resulting blood cells are applied to Circulating Endothelial Cells (CECs) and Endothelial Progenitor Cells (EPCs) counting ;Six male subjects receive intramuscular administration of 150 mg freeze-dried Xueshuantong for Injection (dissolved in 4 ml injectable water). Plasma and urinary concentrations are monitored within 72h and 120 h respectively。The resulting blood cells are applied to Circulating Endothelial Cells (CECs) and Endothelial Progenitor Cells (EPCs) counting ;Eight male subjects (could come from group B with at least 4 weeks washout period) take one pill of midazolam (7.5 mg, Roche, Dormicum) in the first day. Plasma and urinary concentration are monitored within 24 h. In the 4th day, each subject begin to receive intravenous infusion of 500 mg freez ;Plasma and urinary concentrations are monitored within 72 h and 120 h respectively at day 18. At day 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16, blood samples are obtained before the infusion and right after the completion of the infusion (blood sampled before pulling out the pin).
