Take the horizontal lateral decubitus position,an ultrasound linear probe is placed at the midline of the dorsal aspect of the patient's sacrum to obtain a cross-sectional ultrasound image, locate the sacrococcygeal ligament and sacral angle, and then insert the needle from between the two sacral angles to the sacral canal (performed by out-of-plane needle insertion technique).If there is no cerebrospinal fluid or blood in the respiration, 3mL of 2% lidocaine is injected into the supine position for 3 minutes, and if there are no signs of spinal anesthesia, 15mL of 0.5% levobupivacaine is injected horizontally on the lateral decubitus.; The patient was placed in the L3~4 space in the lateral decubitus position, and the epidural anesthesia was placed downward,after successful puncture, 3ml of 2% lidocaine was given, and the patient was observed in the supine position for 3 minutes, and if there were no signs of spinal anesthesia, 15ml of 0.5% levobupivacaine was injected in the horizontal lateral decubitus position.
