Antipsychotic drugs and life guidance: (1) Single antipsychotic treatment of Olanzapine: Zaipule Tablets (marketed drug), 5 mg/tablet, 28 tablets/box, produced by Lilly (China) Suzhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Specialized doctors from the Third Hospital of Chaoyang District will prescribe according to the approved product information instructions in China and adjust the dosage based on the individual reactions of patients. In principle, the study drug dose should be adjusted to the treatment dose within one week of enrollment. (2) Guidelines for exercise, daily life, and daily life: Moderate exertion, avoiding heavy physical activity, and vigorous exercise. (3) Take Jiangtang decoction granules, 1 bag each time, bid.
