Am Tag 2 oder 3 bekommen die Probanden bzw. Patienten 5 mg Biperiden intravenös, 30 Minuten später erfolgt eine weitere PET-Untersuchung. Nach der PET-Untersuchung erhalten die Patienten/Probanden 4 mg Biperiden oral und es erfolgt eine neuropsychologische Testung. | | | | |
