ChiCTR2300074394: The safety and efficacy of ketorolac in improving the prognosis of Stanford type A Aortic dissection ——a single center, randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled trial

The test group were Stanford type A dissection patients who received ketorolac drug treatment. Before the operation, ketorolac was intramuscularly injected 60mg, and after the operation, 30mg BID for two consecutive days. The rest of the basic treatment, such as routine analgesia and hypotension, and the follow-up treatment strategy of heart and Great vessels surgery remained unchanged.; The control group were Stanford type A dissection patients who received placebo drug treatment. Before the operation, the same dose, same dosage form and same time of placebo glucose intramuscular injection were used, and after the operation, the same dose, same dosage form and same time of placebo were used for two consecutive days. The other basic treatment strategies such as routine analgesia, hypotension and subsequent cardiac and Great vessels surgery remained unchanged.
