  • ||||||||||  Preclinical, Journal:  Arf6 is required for endocytosis and filamentous actin assembly during angiogenesis in vitro. (Pubmed Central) -  Sep 26, 2023
The deregulation of multiple lncRNAs in the patients indicates their implication in the molecular pathogenesis and thus their roles in bone marrow failure need to be explored. Our findings highlight that endothelial Arf6 is a potent mediator of both actin regulation and endocytosis and is required for proper sprout formation.
  • ||||||||||  Journal:  Comprehensive Analysis of Metabolome and Transcriptome in Fruits and Roots of Kiwifruit. (Pubmed Central) -  Jan 22, 2023
The expression profiles of these TFs were similar to those of the genes related to flavonols and dihydrochalcones, suggesting they are key candidate genes controlling the flavonoid accumulation in kiwifruit. Our results provided an insight into the functional metabolites and their regulatory mechanism in kiwifruit root.
  • ||||||||||  Journal:  Rab35 and glucocorticoids regulate APP and BACE1 trafficking to modulate Aβ production. (Pubmed Central) -  Apr 9, 2022
Finally, we demonstrate that Rab35 overexpression prevents the amyloidogenic trafficking of APP and BACE1 induced by high GC levels. These studies identify Rab35 as a key regulator of APP processing and suggest that its downregulation may contribute to stress-related and AD-related amyloidogenesis.

Journal, IO biomarker:  CircRNA ACAP2 induces myocardial apoptosis after myocardial infarction by sponging miR-29. (Pubmed Central) -  Mar 24, 2022
These studies identify Rab35 as a key regulator of APP processing and suggest that its downregulation may contribute to stress-related and AD-related amyloidogenesis. The expression of circ ACAP2 increased in cardiomyocytes after MI and promoted apoptosis by binding to miR-29.
  • ||||||||||  Journal:  Effects of Current Annealing on Thermal Conductivity of Carbon Nanotubes. (Pubmed Central) -  Jan 12, 2022
The high-level thermal diffusivity of CNTB2 and CNTF are 2.28-2.46 times and 1.65-3.85 times higher than the lower one. The results show that the decrease of the thermal diffusivity for CNTB2 and CNTF is mainly caused by enhanced Umklapp scattering, the high thermal resistance and torsional sliding during high temperature heating.
  • ||||||||||  Review, Journal:  Long noncoding RNAs: functions and mechanisms in colon cancer. (Pubmed Central) -  Aug 29, 2021
In addition, we briefly highlight the functions of circRNAs in colon tumorigenesis and progression, including circPPP1R12A, circPIP5K1A, circCTIC1, circ_0001313, circRNA_104916 and circRNA-ACAP2. This review provides the rationale for anticancer therapy via modulation of lncRNAs and circular RNAs (circRNAs) in colon carcinoma.
  • ||||||||||  Journal:  Rab35 and its effectors promote formation of tunneling nanotubes in neuronal cells. (Pubmed Central) -  Jan 5, 2021
Furthermore, our data indicates that Rab35-GTP, ACAP2, ARF6-GDP and EHD1 act in a cascade mechanism to promote TNT formation. Interestingly, MICAL-L1 overexpression, shown to be necessary for the action of Rab35 on neurite outgrowth, showed no effect on TNTs, indicating that TNT formation and neurite outgrowth may be processed through similar but not identical pathways, further supporting the unique identity of these cellular protrusions.
  • ||||||||||  Journal:  The plasma peptides of sepsis. (Pubmed Central) -  Jul 9, 2020
Specific proteins and peptides that vary between diseases might be discovered by the random and independent sampling of multiple disease and control plasma from different hospital and clinics by LC-ESI-MS/MS for storage in a relational SQL Server database and analysis with the R statistical system that will be a powerful tool for clinical research. The processing of SAA1 may play an unappreciated role in the inflammatory response to Sepsis.
  • ||||||||||  Preclinical, Journal:  Identification of Differentially Expressed Gene Transcripts in Porcine Endometrium during Early Stages of Pregnancy. (Pubmed Central) -  May 22, 2020
Microarray validation experiment on selected candidate genes showed complementarity to significant endometrial DEG-transcript-probes responsible for the regulation of immune response (IL1B, S100A11), lipid metabolism (FABP3, PPARG), cell-adhesion (ITGAV), angiogenesis (IL1B), intercellular transmission (NMB), cell-adhesion (OPN) and response to stimuli (RBP4) was confirmed by RT-PCR. This study provides a clue that identified pregnancy-stage specific microarray transcript probes could be considered as candidate genes for recognition and establishment of early pregnancy in the pig.
  • ||||||||||  Journal:  Effector Specificity Mechanisms of Rab35 GTPase. (Pubmed Central) -  Dec 23, 2019
In this issue of Structure, Lin et al. (2019) present crystal structures of Rab35 in complex with two effectors, ACAP2 and RUSC2, respectively, unraveling the molecular basis for the exquisite mutual specificity between Rab35 and these effectors.
