  • ||||||||||  Review, Journal:  Multifaceted role of TRIM21 in inflammation. (Pubmed Central) -  May 8, 2024
The current research has shown that the antiviral action of TRIM mostly depends on their role as E3-ubiquitin ligases and a significant portion of the TRIM family mediates the transmission of innate immune cell signals and the subsequent production of cytokines. We highlighted the function of TRIM family members in various inflammatory diseases.
  • ||||||||||  Review, Journal:  Primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Sj (Pubmed Central) -  May 8, 2024
The study concludes that for patients with an immune condition, exhibiting symptoms like headaches or cranial nerve issues, or in cases where nasopharyngeal carcinoma is suspected, early testing through cerebrospinal fluid mNGS or EBV DNA is recommended. This approach facilitates risk assessment, prognosis determination, and the creation of individualized treatment plans.

  • ||||||||||  Journal:  Clinical Performance of Immunonephelometric Assay and Chemiluminescent Immunoassay for Detection of IgG Subclasses in Chinese. (Pubmed Central) -  May 6, 2024
We review demographic, genetic, biochemical and clinical information from all documented cases in the existing literature, focusing on the global distribution of cases, the features of the syndrome, its variable presentation, new potential identifying features and the significance of measuring GBA2 enzyme activity. The CLIA and the Siemens immunonephelometric assay appeared to have good consistency with comparable diagnostic value in detecting IgGSc, especially IgG4, and IgG1 that can accurately identify IgG4-RD or pSS in clinical practice.
