- | Journal: Plinabulin exerts an anti-proliferative effect via the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathways in glioblastoma. (Pubmed Central) - Jan 29, 2025
Additionally, plinabulin combined with erlotinib showed greater cytotoxic efficacy than either drug alone in glioblastoma cells in vitro. Our study provides new insights into the efficacy of plinabulin against glioblastoma and highlights the potential clinical utility of combining plinabulin with EGFR inhibitors as a chemotherapy strategy.
