    We reviewed the efficacy and safety of these PARP inhibitors in patient populations studied in clinical trials and highlighted the positive role of PARP inhibitors in improving patient outcomes using clinical trials and real-world studies conducted in China. This article also discusses the issues encountered in clinical practice and how to evaluate the different indications for PSR OC in China and abroad.

    The combination of apatinib and fluzoparib may cause changes in the HR pathway by down-regulating MEK signaling in ovarian cancer, leading to the down-regulation of RAD51. This eventually leads to the increased expression of DNA damage-related protein ?H2AX, which plays a therapeutic role in ovarian cancer in vitro and in vivo.

    Recaticimab may offer advantages over current mAbs in clinical use in terms of its long half-life, dosing interval of up to 12?weeks, and potentially a lower cost, however, long-term concerns regarding immunogenicity remain. Longer-term studies in a variety of more diverse patient cohorts will be needed to further evaluate the efficacy, safety, and durability of recaticimab and to ascertain the best dosing schedule for cardiovascular outcome studies.

    In view of the clinical reality of the lack of effective drugs and low effectiveness of third-line treatment for HER-2 negative advanced gastric cancer, this study innovatively proposed the combined application of cytotoxic drugs and anti-angiogenic drugs, discussed the effectiveness and safety of the combined treatment plan, and studied and identified the advantageous population with potential benefits from treatment, and to explore more safe and effective treatment options for patients with advanced gastric cancer. The addition of camrelizumab and rivoceranib to perioperative SOX chemotherapy did not negatively affect surgical feasibility, with comparable completion rates, radical resection rates, and postoperative outcomes to SOX alone.

    The standard management strategies for HAAA primarily consist of immunosuppressive therapy (IST), typically involving antithymocyte globulin (ATG) combined with cyclosporine (CsA), as well as allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) for eligible patients...The ORR of patients treated with avatrombopag, eltrombopag and hetrombopag were 37.5% vs 40% vs 100%, and 62.5% vs 60% vs 100% at 3, 6 months after IST, respectively... In conclusion, the addition of TPO-RAs to standard IST demonstrated a favorable safety profile and was associated with a significantly higher ORR in patients with HAAA.

    Currently, first-line treatments for T-cell lymphomas, such as CHOP- (cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, vincristine, and prednisone) or ECHOP-based combination chemotherapy (CHOP + etoposide), are ineffective, and there are limited therapeutic options for patients with R/R PTCL, for which there is no standard treatment regimen. Linperlisib combined with azacitidine is effective in the treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory lymphoma, with controllable safety, and deserves further large-scale study.

    Newly diagnosed SAA/VSAA patients received a combination treatment as follows: porcine ATG at 25 mg/kg/day from days 1 to 5, cyclosporine at 3-5 mg/kg/day continuously, hetrombopag at 15 mg/day starting from day 1 and continued for 6 months, cyclophosphamide at 20 mg/kg/day on days 29-30 and days 43-44.All 43 patients achieved the primary endpoint, demonstrating 3-month and 6-month ORR of 65.1% (28/43) and 69.8% (30/43) respectively. Cyclophosphamide in combination with standard immunosuppressive therapy as first-line treatment shows good safety and efficacy, with two-thirds of patients achieving a response and becoming transfusion-independent within 3 months.

    The patients received a TKI-based [imatinib or flumatinib (a second-generation TKI)] standardized VIP regimen (Vincristine/ Idarubicin/ Prednisone), and eligible patients were recommended to undergo allo-HSCT. IKZF1plus genotype is associated with accelerated T315I mutation acquisition and increased mutational burden in adult BCR::ABL1+ ALL, which may attributed to KRAS-mediated hyperproliferative potential.The above findings may lay the foundation for subsequent mechanistical investigations.
