Overall, our data show that because apatinib treatment could induce ER stress-related apoptosis and protective autophagy in human CRC cell lines, targeting autophagy is a promising therapeutic strategy to relieve apatinib drug resistance in CRC.

Hence, it is necessary to adjust the imrecoxib dose when it is concurrently used with other CYP2C9 inhibitors.

Therefore, it was proposed that gliptins, except saxagliptin, were initially hydrolyzed to their amides by DPPs, which was the rate-limiting step in generating the carboxylic end-product.
