The potential therapeutic value of fluzoparib for increasing the radiation sensitivity of NSCLC is well confirmed. Moreover, our findings of high mutation frequencies among HR genes suggest that PARP1 inhibition may be an effective treatment strategy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients.

From our results, we conclude that apatinib suppresses the in vitro and in vivo viability and proliferation of ovarian cancer cells, as well as glycolysis by inhibiting the VEGFR2/AKT1/GSK3β/SOX5/GLUT4 signaling pathway. Apatinib may serve as a promising drug for the treatment of ovarian cancer.

ctDNA analysis was performed in 37 HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer patients treated with pyrotinib...Our current findings suggested that ctDNA could be used to assess tumor heterogeneity and predict treatment outcomes. Furthermore, the mTBI is better for assessing therapeutic response than single gene mutations and might supplement the current therapeutic response evaluation system.
