Clinical, Journal: Novel Nutrition-Based Nomograms to Assess the Outcomes of Lung Cancer Patients Treated With Anlotinib or Apatinib. (Pubmed Central) - Mar 26, 2021 Nomograms were developed from clinical features and nutritional indicators to predict the probability of achieving 3-month and 4-month PFS and 7-month and 8-month OS with antiangiogenic therapy for advanced lung cancer. Dynamic changes in body composition before the initiation of treatment contributed to early detection of poor outcome.

Review, Journal: The Role of ERBB2/HER2 Tyrosine Kinase Receptor in the Regulation of Cell Death. (Pubmed Central) - Mar 18, 2021 In addition to the activation of molecular pathways responsible for cell proliferation and survival under stress conditions, HER2 directly regulates programmed cell death. Here, we review the studies focused on the involvement of HER2 in various signaling pathways and its role in the regulation of apoptosis.

Journal: Radiosensitization of HER2-positive esophageal cancer cells by pyrotinib. (Pubmed Central) - Mar 17, 2021 Our results indicated that pyrotinib sensitivitied HER2 positive esophageal cancer cells to radiation treatment through various mechanisms. These findings may provide a new therapeutic strategy for treating HER2 positive esophageal cancer.

Clinical, Journal: H3K27M mutant diffuse midline glioma: a case report. (Pubmed Central) - Mar 16, 2021 Its pathological classification is diverse, imaging features lack specificity, and prognostic factors are complex. Traditional radiochemotherapy has limited effects, molecular targeted therapy, especially intervention of epigenetic regulation is being explored.

Clinical, P3 data, Journal: Pyrotinib plus capecitabine versus lapatinib plus capecitabine for the treatment of HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer (PHOEBE): a multicentre, open-label, randomised, controlled, phase 3 trial. (Pubmed Central) - Mar 16, 2021 P3 Traditional radiochemotherapy has limited effects, molecular targeted therapy, especially intervention of epigenetic regulation is being explored. Pyrotinib plus capecitabine significantly improved progression-free survival compared with that for lapatinib plus capecitabine, with manageable toxicity, and can be considered an alternative treatment option for patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer after trastuzumab and chemotherapy.
